Personal Data

Reports+ does not require you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the App.

However, if you choose to contact us for support, feedback, or bug reports, we may collect:

  • First and last name (if provided)
  • App user identifier, app version, and language
  • Information you include in your message

This information is used only to respond to your request and improve the App.

Usage Data

When you use Reports+ on a mobile device, we may automatically collect certain technical and diagnostic information, including:

Data Storage & Security

Reports+ uses Instagram's web login through a secure Safari WebView. Your Instagram username, email address, and password are entered directly on Instagram's website and are never visible to, accessed by, or stored by Reports+. Authentication is handled entirely by Instagram, and the App does not collect or log login credentials at any time.

All account-related data accessed by Reports+ is stored locally on your device only. This data is used solely to provide analytics and insights within the App and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Removing Reports+ from your mobile device permanently deletes all locally stored data associated with the App.

We take reasonable and commercially acceptable measures to protect data stored on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may share information only as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may share data only:

  • With service providers performing services on our behalf
  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect the rights, safety, or security of our users or the App
