Terms of Service

Welcome to Reports+ (the "App"), provided by Deep Vision Labs ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Reports+, or any related applications, services, or content provided by Deep Vision Labs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

Your access to and use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available within the App or where the App is made available for download. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Deep Vision Labs. Please read them carefully.

Basic Terms

By using the Services, you agree that:

You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and are permitted to use the Services under applicable law.
You will not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
You will not access the Services using automated means such as bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts.
You will not use the Services in connection with unauthorized third-party clients, automation tools, or scripts.
You will not interfere with, disrupt, overburden, or impair the proper functioning of the Services.
You will not attempt to access another user's account or credentials without permission.
You will not share your password or solicit login credentials from others.
You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or related systems.
You will not transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
You acknowledge that the App uses third-party SDKs (e.g., analytics and crash reporting) as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deep Vision Labs may share information as described in the Privacy Policy, including with service providers, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or security.

Service Conditions

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part of them) at any time, with or without notice.
Restrict or terminate access to the Services for any user, at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Update or change features, functionality, or availability of the Services.
Request information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Terms or applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Deep Vision Labs.

License to Use the App

Deep Vision Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of Reports+ on a compatible device for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its materials.
Use the App for any commercial purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Remove proprietary notices or branding.
Redistribute or mirror the App on any server or platform.

This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

Subscriptions

Some features of Reports+ require a paid subscription ("Subscription"). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually), depending on the plan you select.

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your Subscription through your App Store account settings.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or platform policies. We may change subscription pricing, features, or availability from time to time in accordance with App Store rules.

Refund requests, if any, are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you purchased the Subscription (e.g., Apple App Store).

Accuracy of Information

The Services and materials provided through the Services are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Deep Vision Labs does not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete, or up to date.

We may update or modify content at any time without obligation to provide notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Vision Labs and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:

Your use of or inability to use the Services
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
The conduct or content of third parties
Errors, interruptions, or failures of the Services

If applicable law does not allow certain limitations of liability, those limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Deep Vision Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Deep Vision Labs makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Services provide analytical and informational insights based on available data. Deep Vision Labs does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of analytics results.

Third-Party Disclaimer

Reports+ is an independent application and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is a trademark of Instagram, LLC.

Use of the Instagram name or trademarks is for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Other Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Deep Vision Labs regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Deep Vision Labs. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such sites is at your own risk.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Security

While we take reasonable measures to protect the Services, we do not guarantee that they will be secure or free from bugs or vulnerabilities. You are responsible for protecting your own devices and data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Türkiye.
